Absolutely shocking. Food was cold and both orders of chips didn’t turn up. Rang up to speak to restaurant and was berated by an employee as to why it was our fault the order didn’t arrive. Once great restaurant gone downhill. Poor poor service.
Garlic bread awful dry no flavour worst I have ever had my pizza I asked extra mushrooms seem to got extra sweetcorn not a good delivery at all I would not use this place again and it was over hour and half
Got two donner wraps delivered one was stone cold rang up to tell them that one wrap was cold then they tried to blame the garlic and got told you pay for what you got. I even got photographed evidence of the difference temperatures

Ordered a pizza that wasnt supposed to be spiced in anyway at all seafood supreme it came so hot that I couldn't even swallow a bite of it, rang up to say this and asked for a replacement after being told we could have a replacement pizza we then got a call from the shop to say that the boss was refusing a replacement! Because of this we asked for a refund on the pizza, we were told to contact JustEat because that is how we placed the order even though we paid by cash so after contacting JustEat they told us they could not refund due to paying by cash. I went down to the shop and they still refused both replacement or a refund because we got the seafood pizza we ordered and was basically dared by the boss to leave a bad review!! I have used this takeaway before and sidnt have an issue however tonight has been outrageous by the owner of the shop!! However the young girl on the phone/at the front desk couldn't have been better if she tried as her hands were tied Will NOT be using this takeaway again!
Currently sitting waiting for a delivery, over 2 hours, no communication and the phone is diverted to voicemail, so I'm currently sitting here hangry, my stomach thinks my throat has been cut, paying for a forced diet of air isnt fun, it's a shame because now I'm going to tell the world that they need not bother ordering for delivery, quite simply the worst delivery experience of my life. Extremely unprofessional, amateurish, and less than basic. These guys clearly have no customer service or care about their customers lets just use other more professional better businesses in the area.
Just ordered from here a hour ago still not here. Delivery driver said he had been to the door and someone answered saying sorry I did not order anything. They had my correct address so delivery driver either went to wrong address or something else. Rang up she said driver is delivering and would come back if he doesn't get lost. Hope food is not cold.
Order food at 8PM said it would arrive by 9:45pm or 10:05pm. Then got the confirmation to say order had been delivered. Still waiting on food nearly hour or so later. Wont be using these again.
Had pizza from here a few times now after had been taking over by a new owner the pizzas I have had are Kabab. Peparoni and salami. Vegetarian chicken kiev and a spicy bbq chicken lush not as greasy as most places just the right amount of topping not too much but not too little Garlic sauce amazing And the bairn gets Kabab wrap and says there lush. Would strongly recommend to order from here if local this is now my local pizza delivery shop keep up the good work Thank you
Disgusting, ordered a chicken kebab, hardly any kebab meat and what meat I had it was all dry and bearly warm,had about 12 chips
