Had my first ever gluten free kebab tonight, and my first kebab in a long time. Thoroughly enjoyed it too! I got large mixed kebab with fries, salad and sauces. Very reasonable prices, the meat is so fresh and has no grease or fat like other places. Cannot recommend this place enough. It's a very easy 5 star rating and I wish I could give more. All meat, salad and sauce was so fresh and tasty, it will become a regular for us! The only thing that made me wonder about this place, is that not many people know it caters for gluten free! Thanks guys, you've made me very happy tonight, I WILL be back!
This takeaway deserves a 5star review as their food is absolutely amazing no complaints from me. The reception girl is helpful and polite on the phone even the delivery girl I've had few times she is always polite and smiling unlike most drivers wish all others were like her unsure of her name but she got a grey small car. This will be my new takeaway due to having female driver as makes me feel safe known a girl delivering at night when I answer as I live alone. This is going be more regular for me as the food size is ideal for me I always get enough for my supper and dinner the next day.
This is a pic of the old shop, now reopened on Waterloo Road Blyth These are the best kebabs I have ever tasted since i had my first one from them in 1981. Lovely family run business who started back up recently. I got treated to a kebab by my daughter and I had reservations that things or taste will have changed, ABSOLUTELY NOT as good as ever. Great food and service in my opinion. You won't regret it. They genuinely do care about the people they serve.
Waited ah little bit longer than expected. Ordered about 6 came 25 to 8. But was absolutely fantastic well worth the wait. Asked for ah half n half on the meal deal but came as a whole pizza none the less food was all hot and one of the best i have had in a long time. Will not be disappointed if you order from here. Excellent crack from the lad takin orders and excellent food.
Never again!! This was our second time here, we placed our order, given a wait time of 40 minutes, then when we arrived it was no where near ready after already waiting 40 minutes we waited and waited then about an hour and a half later the large kebab we paid £9 for was a complete waste of money, extremely unpleasant and totally not worth the value paid for it.
i feel like i just ate a pile of greasy dog food; the only enjoyable things were the chips. the nacho cheese was just fake and in a lump. also, the pizza tasted like it was made 2 months ago and frozen and as if it was advertised as the worlds best chicago pizza but is actually rank.the wrap was a massive portion, probably made for 2 but the chicken wasn’t too bad just tasted a bit like a sloppy joe. my stomach is bubbling, but to be fair i am bad with grease. still shouldn’t be acceptable! hang on a minute, we just found a HAIR in the nachos, i can’t believe this!!!! edit hello it’s me again, i just remembered they forgot to give us an extra box of chips as we ordered 2 and we got 1
Would have been great if not for the extortionate charge of £8 for a tiny tray of kebab meat that wasn't even full.....not impressed. Would add a photo of it let me!!
We ordered at 8.50pm was advised it would be with us in an hour, it arrived at 11.20pm. We called twice to ask were is our delivery was advised its ready now will be 20 mins that was a 10.15pm, my Husband had to call again at 11pm to be advised the food was ready then and would be with us in 20mins. Sadly the order was incomplete, Cheesey chips, sauces and pitta were missing, My daughter called and advised them of this, the the lovely delivery driver arrived 10 mins later with the cheesey chips but with very little cheese on them. We didn't get any sauce or pitta delivered with the chips. Very disappointing all round and won't be using them again, I know places can get busy but if you cannot handle the services then stop taking orders or give a real time frame of delivery so people can make the decision if they want to wait that long or not.
I feel sorry for them. After leafletting a large area they had a lot of orders and they couldn't cope. Instead of just stopping taking orders they kept taking them. Meaning it took 2 and a half hours to make and deliver nachos, a cookie dough, some sfc which was hard as a rock by the time i got it. The halloumi fries were okay but i think with being so busy they have really let themselves down. If they took less orders and provided quality food they would have had far more happy customers.
