i ABSOLUTELY lovvvveeed my juicy experience in this 5555 STARRR restaurant. i thought the experience was absolutely incredible and the service was so welcoming. i felt RIGHHT at home almost took my socks off felt wayyy to comfy this was the besttt day of my life ive never tasted Chinese food quite like this. There was an AMAZING girl behind the counter who made me feel more loved then my great auntie susan who buys me chocolate cake every week so that is saying SOMETHENNN if u ask me. i reccomend taking ur kids here every single day even if they become obese because at least they are obese with love and china in there stomachs   Kid-friendliness: they have a chinese girl who is sometimes a bit fiesty and a lil bit fat buy thats okay because IMMM kid friendlyy

Missed curry sauce off our order ! Chips were mostly crispy , salt N pepper chicken was disgusting very hard , no chicken !! And not seasoned ! Customer service was none ! Delivery lass was really nice N apologetic! It's went totally down hill....vile

Yet again I ordered another meal for 2 tonight from johns,and yet again the food was outstanding,this will be my local from hereon,I recommend johns chinese takeaway 100%.Food: 5/5

I used to come here all the time, same meal each time but they must have changed the recipe. The food I ordered is awful! It’s left such a weird after taste in my mouth. Has no flavour. No spice, no sweetness. Even lacked sauce. I am about 5 mouthfuls in and I’m throwing the rest in the bin. What on Earth John’s Chinese. I’ve been telling everyone how awesome you are. £20 down, karma for having unhealthy food instead of cooking. Time to find a new Chinese

Really good food, served hot and couldn't fault it. I had king Prawn Chicken in spicy Shwezan sauce, not too hot..in fact absolutly perfect. My husband had Crispy Beef and veg. Order taken by a lovely young lady, very polite and friendly, we chose to have it delivered at a specific time..well done John's..We will be back again thank you for great service over the years!.

Disappointed!!! Loved this place, always amazing food but tonight our house special in Cantonese  sauce was pale in colour, tasteless and i think they ve tried to bulk it out with veg to reduce the meat. Not sure if they ve changed the chef or the rise in food costs is hitting them hard, but ill be trying elsewhere next time. Shame as they used to be top notch!

Last time I'll use this place! Asked for no mushrooms or peppers in any of the food, order was repeated confirming this, all came with one or the other thank god no one was allergic. Was told I'd receive a small bag of prawn crackers they never came with. Food wasn't to good either. Shame as this place was great at one point.
