Excellent care here. Empathetic, patient, polite and informative. Surgery is bright and clean. Dispensary on site is very convenient, as is parking. Registration fast and simple. So far our family have experienced children's vaccinations, blood tests, general check up, physiotherapy and prescription renewal and all have been very good. Wait o phone-in has never been very long and appointments available within reasonable time for general needs.
Fantastic Surgery, a wonderful and helpful team who always do their best to help everyone as quickly as they can.

This Surgery is easy to contact when it comes to setting appointments and other queries. But it takes a lot of patience when it comes to placing repeat prescription. Today is outstanding, five times! I couldn't believe, I was made to dial again and again and it was the 5th time I was served. It was always the same thing said to me, to dial again and press 2, which is a very easy instruction. Yes it takes 5 times!
Loved this surgery. All doctors have been attentive and helpful over the years. Recieved a letter this morning to tell me due to moving out of the area I am to register more locally. While I understand and respect the reasons it is sad to have to go else where. I hope I will receive the same respect and understanding in the future. Great Doctors be proud. Thank you.
Second time already I got the wrong prescription for my son. I’m starting think and question my self if these ppl are qualified enough and I’m thankful to have listened my and my partner’s instinct
Nothing is too much trouble for them. GP's are knowledgeable & friendly. Goid range of appointment times and never too long to wait for one.
This review is aimed at the staff who run the reception and dispensary, they seem to hate the fact they work there and every time I seem to come here I get treated like a child bu the reception, the nurses and doctors are excellent however the reception and dispensary staff are rude and unhelpful and have regularly made mistakes when transferring my information onto their system which has resulted in me being unable to get get my medication which I need to take daily, always very disappointed and finally felt I had to write a review
The receptionist is extremely rude and I do not feel cared for at this practice
