Dr Edwards was lovely. A warm and compassionate doctor who was helpful and kind. The surgery was clean and the receptionist was v sweet as I hadn't visited there before, explaining the procedure and where to go as it's quite big. Very impressed!!!! Thank you.

Receptionists need to be more emphatic on the phone with people who are deaf .

Receptionist's are fine. However a couple of the doctors misdiagnosed my 1 year old son. After about 5 visits to the surgery and conflicting diagnosis and feeling like the dcotors were not listening to us we went to a and e for second opinion. In which our boy was rushed to carmarthen with enlarged liver and spleen and low blood cell count in his bone marrow we actually had a very poorly boy. So thank you to the doctors that just kept saying "well he seems happy enough" and "well he's playing which is a good sign"  you just missed a critical illness !!!

I would like to compliment this surgery on the excellent way it operates.   No problem with appointments, if urgent you are fitted in by pleasant and accommodating receptionists. With the excellent doctors and nurses, all in all a five star surgery.
