I opted for Whitebait with Fruit Crumble to follow. I have to say the Crumble was delicious and possibly one of the best I'd ever had with lots of crunch to the crumble topping and big chunks of fruit underneath. Plus I managed to get the table in front of the fire which was perfect for defrosting my feet. The staff are always friendly and I love that it's a dog friendly pub
Love this place! Sunday lunch especially has become a regular thing. Always great food, friendly and well run. Awesome space for groups and families to meet as there is a brilliant outdoor space. Been to several events there in the beautiful Orangery. A gorgeous leafy park setting right near the centre of Leamington. Top pub!
Absolute stunning Pub for food. Very polite and efficient bar staff. We ordered a roast and they didn't hold back on the servings, could have done with more crackling but overall food quality was amazing and as for pricing I'd say it's fair for what you get! You can either dine outdoors or within the pub, I do recommend reserving in advance. Dogs are welcome inside and out and there is a car park on-site.
Must Recommend!! Went there for an early dinner. Place is huge. They have both indoor and outdoor seating and on top of that there is a carpark on site. A little bit expensive but quality of food and drinks will cover that. We had chunky friesloved every bite of it, nachosloved the fried jalapeños in it, spicy pakora delicious, Pimm’s and lemonade. They accept apple pay, cash or card. Booking a table prior going would be a good idea.
We went here for meal for a birthday, the young waiter was excellent. The wood was very nice aswell, it also very reasonable. I will definitely be going back!
I'll give 5 stars for the panacotta and coffee. The panacotta is the best I have tasted in a few years. I subtracted 1 star as I feel that the burger and fish and chips I have eaten there do not merit 5 stars for the price, but I might be too harsh. The staff are very friendly and it feels like I would like to add at least half a star for that. If you want to enjoy a fairly good meal in beautiful surroundings you won't be disappointed.
Hot drink on this occasion after a walk around the Comyn, but have previously stopped for a pint and a bite to eat. Outside is dog friendly with water bowls but not sure about inside. Plenty of outdoor seating just a stones throw from the main car park or the trails.
A nice pub in a country location, a short walk from Leamington town centre. A couple of ales on the bar, pub mostly setup for dining, there is a spacious garden with children's play area.
Perfect evening!! Came here on a Thursday evening with a large family with 2 kids and had a wonderful time! The staff were great, Harry and Dylan dealt with us and were attentive and great with the two small kids running around. I eat out as much as possible and so far this year this has to be the best meal we’ve had out. We shared a chicken burger and fish and chips and both were cooked to perfection! So props to the chefs the quality only gets better and better. I’d recommend this pub to everyone! Thank you again.
Had a Christmas meal with a large party from work. Staff were very friendly and accommodating I'd asked for a couple of adjustments to my meal. Turkey dinner and chocolate tart was very tasty, only reason I didn't score 5 stars was because I felt it was quite short on veg, however, that is because I don't like sprouts and parsnips which meant that I was left with half a carrot.
