In my experience, this is one of the best train stations I've experienced! Facilities are perfect, this is also because the station includes a full shopping centre and is literally in front of another, bigger shopping centre. I never run into any problem. Last but not least, the architecture of the station is just unique and stunning!

Love this place its amazing and probably most of the most beautiful building ever designed, so many beautiful places and things to do in the local area, if your visiting bham, welcome to one of the best city's in the world, you can visit bullring, Brindley place, science museum, vixtora Square etc list could go on

Small station but very clean and tidy keeping to social distancing very helpful staff regardless of what their job is as when I was getting a little anxious and wasn't sure what train I needed an ancillary worker pointed which train I needed to get on

New street is posh area with major banks around. Most are offices of big corporations especially financial and headquarters of company regional heads. Nice area good restaurants with all the major brand shops nearby. Apple shop is near by too.
