Called to ask for angel wings for the fairy godmother in a charity panto, "... he said yes, he had them." I asked, what time do you close?... he said 4pm, bearing in mind, it was now 4.20pm and the website says 4.30pm. I said I was just down the road 5 minutes away, too which he replied, ."..sorry they have already all gone!" Make your mind up.... Disappointing for the charity, no wings for the fairy godmother.
Great range of costumes and for all ages. We needed a last minute willy wonka costume and after a quick phone call to check, we went and collected our costume. The gentleman even sold us an item off his window display to add to the costume to the delight of my son. Big thank you.
Great shop lots of choice. Couldn’t find my size but the owner was more than happy to order my size for next day. He was very helpful. Ended up finding something else in store. Thanks for your help.
Arrived early and sat in car looking up the trading hours and spotted poor reviews. No need to worry - the staff arrived early and opened before the advertised timing and she turned out to be extremely helpful and very pleasant. Shop is very well stocked and I left totally happy with everything I needed for the fancy dress party this weekend
Brilliant shop - great variety! I needed some helium balloons urgently and the owner went over and about to make sure I got them. Will most certainly be returning!

although the harry potter wands are not toys my son loves the ones he has received as a bday present and he cant wait to add to his collection. helpful friendly staff, ant wait to go back for another look at the costumes for our upcoming fancy dress event
STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I made an order with buy feathers which they took payment for but never sent out the items. I then had to battle with the rude and uncooperative staff to get a refund which they never wanted to carry out so they constantly hung up the phone on me on many occasions when trying to chase up the refund which they blamed it on BT phone line problems which was absolute rubbish! I have never delt with such rude, uncaring, unprofessional people in my life. My advice is to stay clear from this business!!!
I have no experience to share, because when we got to the store at 5.10 they were closed, despite the opening hours being stated on the web site as being 10-6. Really annoyed at battling traffic and making plans for nothing! Will not be going back! There is 1 star showing simply because it wouldn't let me post my comment with no stars!
Well what can I say couldn’t find what we needed locally My wife scoured the internet and found this amazing place I rang and the service was above and beyond I was messaged pictures of items via WhatsApp Very patient with me and politely delt with my needs definitely recommend and if we ever need anything else in the future We will only now buy from here thank you thank you thank you 5Star+ service
