I’m sure all these 5 star reviews are fake. At 8am their site says they are at full capacity. How’s that even possible. You can be sitting on their sit from 7:30 and when it’s 8, they say full capacity. Don’t even bother calling, they say it’s fully booked at 8am. How’s that possible? But when you go to the place, it’s completely empty. I doubt they have more than 2 doctors. Such a useless surgery. They need to be shut down and we need another surgery opened
I logged onto Anima at before 8am and by 8:02am all the appointments are gone until 8am Tuesday 25th June 2024 next day. I thought it was a glitch but after trying for the next 5mins I realised all the appointments weren't available even though today is a new day? The biggest problem with this surgery is the staff on reception and getting an appointment to see a doctor not the care, once you see a GP. It's a constant disgrace and nothing has improved since the 3 years I have been here. It's almost if they are deliberately trying to stop their patients accessing the surgey so this will lower their workload so employ less staff so they don't have enough capacity to answer the phones so they don't have to work hard and can keep within their budget on their NHS contract. I have screenshot the app and what it was saying to prove my point. The practice manager doesn't reply to complaint emails and I have found out that partners within the New Lakeside Group are given bonuses if they stay within their budget and its costs them money to refer you to the hospital so that's why don't refer you for treatment. There are a total of only 30 appointments available approx per a day 15 online and 15 either walk-in or by telephone. I would recommend if you want an appointment with a GP is that you phone NHS 111 and they will force them to call you back.
Very pleased with the process while attending the surgery for my flu injection. Just having a knee replacement I didn't want to stand in a queue. No worries there was no queue and so organised , with 3 doors open to receive patients for injections. Staff were very welcoming and put one at ease straight away.nSo pleased the process went well and easy.
I saw kyristie yesterday who was magnificent. She listened, didn't rush me even though she had other patients waiting. She carried out tests, spoke with doctor and didn’t let me leave until she thought it was safe too. Very caring, professional nurse who went above and beyond. Thank you so much
I managed to get an emergency appointment this morning when I saw Dr Prakash.nShe asked for various tests to be carried out before she saw me and then spent sometime examining me very carefully.nAt the end she reassured me that the medication she was prescribing me should help.nShe also arranged for me to have a scan to check that a previous problem was not recurring.nI was extremely happy with the way that she dealt with me and to thank her for the care she took.
