The surgery is only 20 minutes away from the Best Friends Broadway Veterinary Hospital.We mainly care for cats and dogs, but are happy to provide advice on all species of small animals.At Best Friends Whittlesey, our friendly and caring team take pride in the service we offer to both our clients and pets. Warm & friendly greeting and a great vet. I like the fact Whittlesey is a small practice & you can generally see the same vet.....you get to know them a bit & they get to know your pet....continuity i think is very important. I find this at Best Friends...Whittlesey. Should one's pet require more treatment..ie...larger surgeries, then the Best Friends Broadway Hospital is only 20 mins away.... very happy with the practice over the lat three & a half years. Can safely say this team are amazing! I used to work at the whittlesey practice and have continued to use Alex as my vet since leaving. They are 100% in it for the animals and show kindness, compassion and dedication throughout the care of your pets! Highly recommend!
Changed to see second opinion. And Alex examined my dog, amazingly my own vet hadnt even done that. So very very thorough. And am changing to him from now on. He explained in my own understanding. Even giving longterm prognosis. Lovely friendly staff, clean environment, made a real fuss of my dog. Small practice. Spoke to clients very friendly knew pets names sooo nice.
Terrible service. Took £218 off us to do blood tests for our dog, and then can't be bothered to call us to give us the results. Phoned to chase and was told vet would call me back and never did. Still don't know what's wrong with our dog and now have to wait until Tuesday. Diabolical service considering what they charge.
Very friendly professional vets who listened to my dogs needs and got her in straight away that's why all our pets have come here over the 30+ years
Excellent veterinary practice. I have taken all my cats there since moving to the town in 2006 where they have received first class care.
Great vet with my 30 kg + nervous dog, the seem to care what's best for my dog not just the bottom line as I have had at other vets...
Receptionist very friendly and helpful but trying to book an appointment was a week in advance and price quoted was in excess of £100 compared to other local practice.
I have been using Best Friends for nearly 20 years. Debbie is fantastic.
