Disorganised, cluttered and confusing. Sales staff also very abrupt when my 7 Yr old asked for help to take the tag off something she was buying for my birthday (my mother was with her) I asked for an item in a different size on the shop floor and I was told to go and look myself. Once in the changing room I was asked no less than three times if it actually fitted or did I want the bigger size and was I finished yet dispite not requesting any help whilst in the changing room

Lovely staff and a wide variety of clothes. I was served by Robyn who made my shopping experience enjoyable.
