Although it’s taken me a while I’ve finally got round to completing your survey which I’ve done ✅ and with glowing colours. All thoroughly deserved. I bought pink diamond No. 10 set in rose gold for my nose stud. I absolutely love it 😍 and your customer service is brilliant.

Good craftsmanship and quality of materials. Cost is consistent with this. Some of the designs they claim to be original is actually modelled on traditional Indian jewellery. They recently bombarded me with an offer of a promotional reward but once redeemed , refused to acknowledge or honour it , which was very strange. Cancelled my order on another occasion with no explanation , I suspect this was to do with not wanting to honour a discount code.

I visited Richard at the store and had 2 nose pins made to measure 2 years , ago whilst I waited: such a good experience! They helped me take my nose pin out for the first time since piercing, they were also helpful with advice re a little keloid scar I had. I got to look at lots of options and had a great range of gems to choose from. The two nose pins are beautiful, although one of them is slightly too long and I will have this adjusted. This Christmas I ordered a single diamond earring for my husband, it's beautiful, and 2 nose pins: 1 for my daughter and one for me. They both fit beautifully and were ordered the week before Christmas and delivered in time for Christmas. My husband also designed a custom piece of jewellery for himself and we both found that Richard was so attentive and knowledgable. We plan to use his service again and cannot recommend highly enough if you want a peice of jewellery that fits you perfectly and is priced reasonably.
