New Look offers reasonably priced, fashionable clothing and accessories for women, men, and children. I got the typical level of quality and service as expected.

Located in the brilliant Manchester arndale, after being used to the bolton new look I have to say I was really surprised when I came to visit the one in Manchester. Normally the menswear section is tiny in comparison to the women's but here there is a lot to choose from. Really nice, clean and modern inside and has nearly everything you can see on the website.

Great range of clothes, well stocked and quiet on Friday pm to browse.

Bad experience today Customer service 0/10 Couldn’t be bothered at all helping to find the item I needed - I was shocked, they do not like their jobs

This used to be a lovely place with everything spot on..the last 2 times ive been here has been disappointing. The changing rooms are dirty. The staff dont care. Some doors have no lock. They dont even bother checking your number of items and when you try to make eye contact to get their attention they seem to run the other way. The quality of clothing has always been decent for the price you pay for. Upstairs is a lot tidier where the shoes are. But ground floor the sizings are all over the place. I would stick to shopping online or the Trafford centre one if i was ever to visit a New Look again

Really nice staff. Clean and well organised store

Went into New Look on Market Street in Manchester, although I thought the store was quite small it was packed with some great things, but didn't feel cramped at the same time, lots of variety to choose from and a good selection of sizes. I got what I went in for and the items fit really well to and the person who served me at the tills was very nice and very helpful, thumbs up all round.

Great prices and staff were very helpful clean and spacious, not too busy My wife found the jacket she was looking for quickly so no long shopping trip for me would have given 7 stars just for that

Nothing stood out for me. There's nothing different in this store, surprisingly. Because of its size, I'd expect a few special items,  Something for a special occasion maybe, but nothing! Does everyone really want to look the same as everyone else? It seems so!

Yesterday me and my mum visited and my mum really liked this brown teddy jacket but had none in her size Aimee went above and beyond to make sure she could have it delivered to our local store
