Poorly priced “vintage” clothing, either not of vintage or abysmal condition. Staff are poor at welcoming customers into the store, unable to hold normal conversation and did not assist me as a customer with my query. If anything the staff blocked my custom with no explanation.
Quaint and cosy store. Smells like aged wood and leather, especially downstairs, which just adds to its charm in my opinion. Everything seems nice and clean and there are some great options to choose from. Will definitely be coming back!
Quite possibly one of my favourite vintage clothes and home ware shops in the area!
My favourite vintage/retro shop in Northern Quarter. Can never go in without getting even something small like a pair of gloves. Got my winter coat sorted just now in the form of a loud ski coat, perfection! Also doggy friendly with staff who are super lovely.
Thank you to the lovely staff in the shop on Monday...its been a long time since I visited the shop and even longer since I once worked there early 90s. The lovely friendly welcome and even the loan of a brolly I wasn't prepared for Manchester weather...all made for a lovely visit. GLad to see the quality of clothing as exgood as it was baxkbinnthe 90s.
Not very friendly staff at all. I walked in and one of the girls just stared me up and down. They didn't even acknowledge me when I made friendly eye contact just said 'hello' to them. I was wearing one of my All Saints Summery Dress so I wasn't wearing my scruffs. It's a real shame because this is a really nice shop, really nice layout and loads of nice things. Tried on a few outfits and left the shop, saying 'goodbye' to them..... got no response again... I could put this down to them having a bad day. Not sure I'll be going back again in a hurry I might go back just to give them a second chance.
Picked up some great pieces a few days ago. The downstairs section had some treasures and was well merchandised. Shame about the rude staff in particular the woman with the red bob, as otherwise I would have given this 5 stars.
Great vintage store, always worth popping in to see what they've got - lots of hidden gems. I picked up some boots in there which have lasted ages they were excellent value, staff are friendly and there is a really nice cafe next door.
If the staff spent a little more time washing in the morning and less time practising their rudeness then this store could be a lot better. Putrid Smell, Bad attitudes, wouldn't recommend
