Very helpful. Super cool environment. Great coffee served, no refunds is a little out of step with the retail world but loved my purchase. As a retail director I have a good idea of what good looks like. The store and staff are awsome the operations set up is lacking. Still 5 stars all the way.

Right so to be clear this is based off the experience I had in the shop on the corner. There are two shops opposite one and other and the difference in customer service between the two are night and day. Maybe the job requirements for the corner shop are to be moody and rude. Walked in wasn’t greeted by any staff. Asked to see a bag and when it was brought out the attendant just sarcastically said “thank you” didn’t even give me a chance to speak to thank her. Was a shame cause I really liked the bag so left went across the road to the other Carhartt store where the staff were brilliant. Spoke to them about the clothes the bags gave loads of useful insight and help in to which to buy. Ended up buying a bag, t shirt and cargos. Shame the women in the other store couldn’t be arsed to show some decent customer service. And a good job they have two stores.
Store manager and the rest of the staff need a lesson in customer service, went into purchase a specific item, asked if they had it in store and the member of staff with a beard, who I found out was the manager, looked up from his phone and just shook his head, he then said, theres a bag over there buy that one, went to look at it and another member of staff was stood by the table it was on, asked if I could see the bag they wouldn't move and carried on to shout across the store to their colleague. Buying from other retailers from now on.
Carhartts clothes are great, and the store is laid out nicely and a good location. I do wish they would enforce the rules on changing rooms. There is a sign saying 3 items maximum, but it always takes forever to get into a changing room because they're all full, with people trying on half the shop.
Probably the best staff of any store in Manchester, really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I know whenever I go in that I will get fantastic customer service. Also they have handled Covid fantastically with hand sanitiser at the front of the store and a 1 way system in place around the shop. Makes me feel a lot safer than I feel in some other stores who haven't put any system in place. Keep up the great work
Awesome place, the staff is really really really nice. Yeah that's how nice they are. They don't come and bother you, like some other shops instead they wait and come at the right time. They made me feet at home.I will surely return to this store!
Nice clothes and very helpful staff.
Friendly, attentive, super-efficient staff. Organised my refund for something I'd bought on the internet and was having trouble sending back to Germany. Then got me fitted for some cargo pants which I bought. Advised me about other clothing that I could be interested in. Fab customer service. Thank you.
Staff at this shop are so helpful, know their stuff about the product and are just all round top people. Had a great experience today.0
