terrible customer service and a nightmare to get a delivery. Our experience; called the tonbridge branch to book a delivery to be told the wait is 15 days for delivery. Waited the 15 days and no delivery. Called the tonbridge branch multiple times without getting through. Called the main number to not really get an answer as to why our delivery never happened but that they would get a delivery out to us in the following week. We live in a private road that has a bollard on one end so gave very clear instructions to pass on to the driver that he will need to enter via the other side. This clearly didnt get passed on because we got a missed call from the driver saying he couldnt find us and has not delivered our oil. Called the main office again who enquired to their delivery service who said they did deliver the oil. Checked our tank and confirmed no oil. Now its another week passed and still no oil. We have now run out of oil and have no heating or hot water. Call the office again, women puts me on hold to look in to it and i get cut off. When i call back she's already on another line and ill get a call back, which never happens. I call again, Gentlemen says he will look in to it and call me back in an hour. Three hours pass and no call back. I have to call them again - theres a dispute with the delivery company because they say they have delivered the oil. The Gentlemen on the phone Daniel says he is trying to get me a delivery in the next couple of days and is escalating to the delivery company manager and will give me an update by close of the day. phone call never comes. I call at the end of the day to no movement on the matter. Told i will get an update the next morning. 12pm, the next day, you guessed it. no update. Call again. no update. From his tone Daniel as not called the delivery company or chased on my behalf at all during the morning and says he will look into it now and call my back in the hour. As of writing this review we still have had no oil and are on day 3 of no heating. I do not feel the team are working on our behalf. I have to chase them to chase the delivery company. They are just the middle men. I cant even rate their customer service as they have not kept me updated throughout this process and have deemed useless. There is nothing about the service i have been provided from this company i can say is positive.
Great service quick delivery and a really good price I would definitely use them again.
Best place to top up fuel. Friendly staff . Always Nice to comeback.
