Story

At the New Dynasty, we have developed a unique style, an approach and a philosophy towards our foods.
We believe that we offer very good quality Chinese food to the residents of Tadley and the neighbouring villages.
We bring together the freshest of meats, fish and vegetables into a harmonious blend of textures, aromas, flavours, colours and tastes that will please the most discerning palate with our authentic food.

At the New dynasty the spices and flavourings that we use are especially selected for the richness that they bring to our creations. The common ingredients used in our cooking are:

BLACK BEANS
These small black soya beans are preserved by being fermented with salt and spices. They have a distinctive salty taste and a pleasant smell.

CHILLI POWDER
Chilli powder is made from dried red chillies and is also known as cayenne pepper. It is pungent aromatic and ranges from hot to very hot.#

GINGER
We only use fresh ginger which is especially pungent and spicy. The fresh taste adds a subtle but distinctive flavour to some of our meals.

RICE WINE
Chinese rice has a rice and mellow taste. It is made from glutinous rice, yeast and spring water.

CHILLI BEAN SAUCE
This is thick dark sauce made with soyabeans, chillies and our special seasoning which is hot and spicy.

OYSTER SAUCE
This thick brown sauce is made from concentrate of oysters cooked in soy sauce and brine. Despite its name, oyster sauce does not taste like fish, instead it has a rich and distinctive flavour.

SATAY SAUCE
This mild and spicy sauce is made of coconut, peanuts, pineapple and garlic and blended with spices and wheat flour.
