Our Story

I bought chips and some chicken wings using Domino's app. However they replaced the chicken wings with another portion of chips as they did not have the wings. And promised to refund the difference. They never changed the name of the items on the order and newer refunded the difference. This shop is a scamm. I tried to get the refund through PayPal but the closed the ticket as Domino didn't reply. Don't use this Domino's franchise!nThey can charge your account but not refund if there is something wrong with the order.
Ordered twice from here now. The first time that I ordered for delivery, the pizzas looked like they had been thrown all over the place before they got to me, and I only live 5 minutes away. The second I ordered for collection and they they gave me the smallest portion of Mac and cheese and the dough balls had no cheese inside of it. Regardless if you are busy, the quality of food should not go down. The one on the left is what I got and the one on the right is what they advertise for £8.99.And this is how the dough balls came.
Updated Review.......Absolutely disgusting behaviour tonight 21-09-24 as regular customer on a weekly basis treat for the kiddies! Well ive phoned to collect tonight and told no phone orders! And online only! i pay less on collection and Domino's are trying to force me to pay an extra £13 for the same pizza! Online TALK ABOUT RIP PEOPLE OFF!! and no loyalty for regulars!! Good by Domino's!
Ordered a pizza on 8/3/24, via app from Dominos Tadley, delivery estimated to take around 25 - 35 minutes. After 1 hour - and no show of driver, I called Tadley Dominos and the staff said the pizza was on its way, but they couldn’t contact the driver to find out an ETA. I asked how long ago the driver left, and they said about 30 mins ago. I expressed my concern about whether the pizza would still be hot, their reply was that I should wait until delivery - and if that was an issue I should call back. Another 30 mins goes by - and still no pizza. I called again, and again was told the driver was on his way - but they had no means to find out an eta.nI asked if they surely had a phone - so the staff said they would get in touch and would call me back and hung up the phone on me never even took my number - they obviously couldn’t be bothered dealing with a complaint and just wanted me off the phone.n2 hours have now passed I have now given up on the prospect of a Friday night takeaway and still no sign of the pizza or driver. I called again, was still told the driver was on his way I don’t live that far from the shop however at this point I just demanded a refund - and was told it would be processed in 3/4 days - and if it hadn’t come through in that time - to call again and speak to a manager. They also refused to acknowledge the refund via email or text.nThe whole experience with Dominos at Tadley was a farce. The staff unhelpful.nI won’t be ordering from here again.
Great pizza, very fast delivery with online ordering. I loved the chorizo version. I highly recommend it.
