Best gym all round great atmosphere,all the equipment you could think of for a fantastic workout,amazing and friendly staff and owner and its well worth the money you pay for either a single day,week,month or go the whole hog for a longer period it's worth every penny.

Its a good gym, plenty of different apparatus and machines,  slightly cramped, little bit nervous as iv not been to gym in years , the fans were almost bigger than me. But i like that it has decent people in there. No bad vibes just slightly cramped overall, definately returning .

Good range of equipment. Straight to the point gym.  2 squat racks, additional smith's and a lot of free weights. Good variety of solid machines. Good amount of cardio equipment.  Separate space with heavy bags.

The staff are horrible, bad attitude. Hypocrites alot of bullying goes on in the gym, and the Polish staff member is aggressive and ignorant. they let bullying go on in the gym and dont do anything about it at all. would not reccomend.

Of all the gyms I've been to this one outshines them all. It may be a little run down, however the staff are amazing and the customers to are super friendly. It has everything you need to a variety of workouts at a very affordable rate. I would recommend this to anyone!!!! Put against the dome gym and others like that, new bodies for me is 10 times better.

Well equipped and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff, great prices for daily, weekly, monthly and yearly. All you need from a gym.

This is a gym for everyone at all ages. There is also someone happy to help if needed and they do a great choice of drinks at affordable prices. Free sauna and showers. Sun beds as well but they are extra. You can pay per visit if you just want to test it. Excellent gym.

No frills gym. But packed with everything you will ever need for whatever kind of workout or weights session you want to do.  Very friendly. Great value
