As i am from the area and only down for work. I visited this morning and its good to be able to pay for the day and not just membership based.nnAs for the gym well equipped with a good variety of machines and weights some alot i have seen before compared to the gym I normally go to.but really enjoyed using them definitely better than equipment In my normally gym.nnThe staff were friendly and welcoming and will definitely visit again next I am in the area.

Been going to New Bodies for a couple of years now. Great equipment, gym members and lovely staff, just a shame about the owner’s attitude!! Asked today re fans/ air con as it’s 26 degrees and multiple incredibly fit members have mentioned it over the last few weeks on hot days and said they’ve had to do shorter sessions as they could barely breathe.nI was immediately met with rudeness and I quote, “there’s not a bead of sweat on you”, asked how hard am I training, “do you have a medical condition?”, “I’ll put them on when it’s hot” to which I said, “what, in your opinion when it’s hot?” AND.. “I’VE NEVER SEEN SO MANY UNFIT PEOPLE COME TO A GYM”. The latter comment was by far the most offensive. I’m pretty fit and train 4-5x a week, but what if this was said to someone just starting out on their fitness journey and conscious of weight etc!? Plus people go to the gym for multiple reasons including mental health! Needless to say I’ve cancelled my membership as I’ve never been met with such rudeness when simply asking if the fans could be put on. Sad to leave, as like I said to start with, the gym community here is great and I’ve met some lovely people.

Plenty of machines to use also wide variety of free weights

Went to this gym today as I was in Doncaster to get some work done, one of the best gyms Iv been too. All the machines and free weights you will ever need. Excellent atmosphere and great music playing. Great price for a day pass and will definitely be using again next time I’m there.

Best gym in Doncaster, old school gym not fancy equipment I really recommend New Bodies
