If you're looking for the best fitness experience where you're coached on how you move and perform exercise, then Accelerate Coaching is the place to go. Extremely competent team of fitness instructors and personal trainers.

The coaching activities are challenging and punishing, David's great motivational positive attitude forces you to dig deep to get that bit extra and encourages you to push yourself to levels of exertion which you didn't think were possible when you were already feeling sick. This is efficient exercise that will be suitable for all as the intensity and exercises are differentiated to suit the customer. He also offers that personal touch by getting to know you, your capabilities, your own training history and your goals quickly and offers advice and support on your exercise technique to make sure you are not just exercising hard but exercising smart and safely. I would really recommend this coaching service. It is also excellent value in terms of price when you consider what you could pay up to from other more commercial gym classes.

Having spent the last twenty years after leaving competitive swimming searching for a gym/fitness activity that would keep me interested and would also show results, I accidentally stumbled across Accelerate Fitness. And I love it. The instructors are knowledgeable, approachable and constantly come up with new ideas and classes. Every session is different which is perfect for someone with a low boredom threshold like me. I'm still very much a 'work in progress' but I know that by next summer I will be exactly where I want to be. Dave, Ross and the rest are fab - their unique blend of cajoling and direction sees results and I always look forwards if a little nervously to classes! Cannot recommend Accelerate Fitness Coaching enough

I worked with Dave for an intense 1-2-1 bootcamp to shift weight for my wedding back in Dubai. His attention to detail, tailored diet and exercise regime made a real impact, and the results were evident on my wedding photos!

I would wholeheartedly recommend him and his fellow trainers at Accelerate to anyone wishing to improve their fitness, self-esteem and achieve significant health goals.

Accelerate Fitness Coaching are. From the knowledge passed on, to the motivation and fitness training they provide. their unique training style makes it a fun atmosphere to be in. I would HIGHLY recommend Accelerate Fitness Coaching to anyone who is willing to reach their personal goals whether that be weight loss/fat loss, muscle building /strength or just general fitness.
