Staff were very friendly and attentive. Coming over after a while to see if we were ok. Not pushy, rude or aggressive sales. Wish every retail shop was like this. Woman behind the till even giving advice on how to wash mud off etc.

What a great find. Staff were really friendly and the service was spot on. But the prices..... Amazing! So much cheaper than the shops. Good choice well worth a visit.

It's a factory shop that doesn't sell any of the shoes made in the factory next door. Staff are very helpful though.

Lovely staff and employees here,allways greeted with a smile,when filling vending machines after travelling 2 and  a half hours from Durham.

If like me, you think this is the perfect place to buy the Made in England Made in Flimby range then you will be very disappointed, as I was. We took the long detour on the way south off the M6, easy to find the shop, good parking, and there seemed to be a good range of the normal trainers, but a very small choice of the ones they make, you know, next door. In fact, in the limited range a choice of 7 styles they had 1 pair in my size. We stopped in at Cheshire Oaks further south and they had a much better selection of Made in England. 12 styles & 7 in my size If you are local and aren't looking for the locally made trainers then it will be fine for you.

Great prices and sales on products, not a huge shop but it still does have a good mens and womens collection. Very safe and compliant with Coronavirus regulations which may result in you standing outside in the queue and their capacity is very restricted.

A great little shop with extremely friendly & helpful staff. The designs/sizes available are largely a matter of luck, so it's more of an adventure than normal shopping, think "clearance"....

Great service and very helpful staff. Fairly limited range of sizes as expected for an outlet shop.

If you are a truck driver do not fill your fuel tank or park outside the night before. It is local common knowledge that the local taxi drivers turn up in the wee small hours to steal the diesel. You are guaranteed to be robbed and nobody gives a s**t. Be warned and don't say you weren't told.

Some nice trainers but really need to stock up on certain sizes, couldn't get anything in a size 7.., staff very friendly.
