Use a different post office, took items to this post office with pre-paid labels on all they had to do is scan them into their computer, print receipt and put in a bag. As far as I can see they managed type something in a computer which wasnt the tracking information and then maybe they put into a bag...I cant tell as they didn't do the tracking part even though I paid for Royal Mail First Signed for. I realised this was the case the next day so I gave them a call and explained the situation. Told her they were labels printed through ebay..The lady on the phone laughed and said you can't do labels through ebay. Long story short paid for signed for didn't get signed for.
