Nice easy place to get to with ample parking for the number of customers, nice pleasant staff where nothing is to much trouble for them. Just seen others reviews where they say staff are rude and should be sacked. Bit harsh, i use this post office on a fairly regular basis and I've never witnessed anything but very pleasant customer service. This is an honest review of my experience
If I could rate this post office no stars I would. 20 THUMBS DOWN FOR THIS BUSINESS Specifically the old woman who works in the back in the post office is absolutely diabolical short brown shoulder length hair, always wears a head band I hope she is fired as she will lose this place a lot of money. She is a complete jobs worth. On 4 separate occasions I have taken time out of my busy working day to go to the post office for various things and every single time this woman has fobbed me off in one way or another so I’ve left not having done what I needed to and wasted my time. I convinced myself I must have made a mistake the first 2 times. The attitude behind this woman’s words is patronising, pretentious and petty. I have a sister who used to work in a post office for many years and has clarified this woman tells lies. Ive experimented and been to different post offices with the same purpose and have had no issues whatsoever. Judging by the rest of the reviews for this post office, other people share my sentiments. I also have a suspicion that only treats certain customers this way and seeing the other reviews i was right! Good people please do not waste your time or money here find another post office as they clearly do not give a toss about their customers. I was really upset after she turned me away today as that is a delay to money in my pocket!
Its ridiculous when the number they have on the web page is invalid. I cant even contact them to query about a delivery. How can they call themselves professional if a simple task as having a up to date phone number. Now is this the post office or one stop either way both a brand to be relied. Well they need to update there details and make sure they are always updated. Finally they need to make sure the times they give are more accurate as if they say they shut at a certain time then they should not 5 or 10 mins before. Shows the professionalism of this establishment which is none.
The old woman that work in here need to be fired not only are they rude but very very racist towards asians n black people. Especially in the post office bit. What rude customer service do they have? They constantly lie alllll the time
Never had any issues with this post office over many years, just back from there sending a box via a scan no problems, took less than 3 minutes,, staff pleasant and helpful!
The most UNRELIABLE Post office, in the most UNRELIABLE, dearest shop in the area.
Always find the staff very friendly and helpful. Post office in a convenience store. Perfect !!!
Anytime they want they close it. Supposed to close at 4 pm. I went there at 1pm They are closed I asked why no answer!!!!
