Just popped in to pick up some extras for Christmas and was helped out by Michael. He was friendly, knowledgeable and seemed like he loved his job. It was a pleasure talking to him while picking up some tips and general recommendations, he's a real credit to Nespresso. I love our Vertuo and can highly recommend the store.

We came in today to enquire about coffee machines and received excellent customer service from Michael who was really knowledgeable, professional and informative. Just wanted to say thank you and your help was much appreciated.
Very poor customer service, the staff member made it clear buying a single sleeve of coffee using cash was a waste of his precious time.
