I have visited this store a few times. It’s easy to get to with the station being so close but this time decided to take part in the no.20 madterclass. I’ve been a member for 15 years and never had the time to take part in these. I have to say I learned a lot about coffee and was given impeccable customer service. I can’t wait for the next one!
Amazing experience in store as always. I was browsing the range of original pods to try expand my taste and Jordan was so helpful with this process. I explained the pods I normally go for and he was happy to help, he made me a flat white with the pod I was looking to get as this is my go to drink and he even answered every question I had to do with the different tasting notes of each pod. My experience was unsurprisingly brilliant and I can’t wait to go back to expand my pod collection further. Definitely the place to go when I’m ready to upgrade my machine as well! Thanks Jordan :
Attended a free masterclass at the Leeds boutique. Jay who ran it was absolutely fantastic. Really good fun, lots of knowledge gained, I will be back for other classes in the future. If you get the chance definitely book to attend Atmosphere: 5/5
Always love a visit to Nespresso when I am in town. All the staff are fantastic and very friendly. We took part in a Master Blending Class the other week with Jay. It was brilliant! Who would have thought to put tonic with coffee? Thank you for your excellent customer service!
Was greeted by a girl called Molly and she was spot on with everything. Going from which coffee machine was most suitable for us and even demonstrated the machine its self and showed us how it all works. She’s a credit to the team and would 100% return to purchase more coffee off her in the future. Credit to the team!Food: 5/5
I enquired if it would be possible for someone to give me a demo on latte art as I've always wanted to have a go and I don't visit Leeds very often so it was a day trip out. Jordan was very helpful in sorting this out for me, he advised he will enquire with head office and asked me to return at 12. He was very knowledgeable and entertaining and I even had a go myself it's not as easy as you might think! Overall, I'd like to thank him for making it a memorable day. I did conversate with other staff members too, all of whom were lovely.
Nespresso boutiques always boast awesome, super friendly and approachable staff with a smile and offer you a yummy free coffee of the day to simply whilst on the go! Clean store, good etiquette and warming place to visit.
Had a brilliant “private” masterclass no one else showed up with Jordan. He was great and knowledgeable, also learned a cool bartender trick from him. I often visit this boutique and I always get great service from everyone :Food: 5/5
Customer service is over the top and irritating! Only in the small store for 2 minutes and I have already been approached by 4 different people asking if I need help. I understand your trying to be nice but this is way too much, please just say hi and leave us along to pick what we want, we know where you are if we need you, we don’t need the constant harrasment, it’s off putting and puts me off going
Appalling attitude from a member of staff who I have never seen before. Friday mid pm and the store was closed due to something malfunctioning so the nearest Nespresso outlet is Trafford park Manchester. Of course I expressed my disappointment at being told the nearest outlet is actually in another county to the staff member who met me at the door and her attitude was, " I appreciate your comments goodbye";then turned and went back to her laptop computer while some other staff members who have served us on a weekly basis looked on helpless. Have you ever had somebody say they appreciated your comments when you know full well they don't and have used that term to end the discussion. I think it has now come to time when I take a look at alternative coffee outlets after becoming a premium customer from 4 years custom.
