We visited on a Sunday recently - it wasn't particularly busy but our food took absolutely ages to arrive. Our order had to be taken twice for some reason too. The food was nice, but given the overall experience, we wouldn't visit again.

Fantastic menu with lots of healthy options and some great cakes. I ordered a soy milk latte and sadly the soy was overheated and burnt tasting. Other than that I'd recommend the place.
