I went in with long hair and left with it shoulder length. I asked for her not to touch the length but wanted layers. I left close to tears even though the layers are lovely it's not what I asked for and was very clear on leaving the length it's going to take so long to grown it back.Service: Hairstyling
Extremely accommodating and friendly! The service is excellent. The staff strive to make their customers happy. They listen to exactly what you want and go above and beyond to make you happy. This is my first review on Google. I felt that they way they treated me as a customer deserved a lot more than 5 stars. More salons should strive to be on the same calibre. Thank you

Lovely upmarket decor and fantastic location. I had my hair cut here yesterday by Sarah who attentively listened to what I wanted. She did an amazing job and was genuinely a lovely person to talk to. I'm sure you'll be seeing my sister soon as she had some serious hair envy!
