I’ve been going to Lilys for the past three years doing everything from nails, waxing to hair laser removal and think the service and result is always fantastic! The gel manicures and pedicures are always five star! Also the hair removal and it has been very effective! Lily always make you feel like home and it is a nice environment to be in! I even flyover from Stockholm every month now that i’ve recently moved there just to come and do my laser here!

Very satisfied with my shellac manicure experience. Lovely ladies who really take good care of their clients. The lady who did my manicure was very professional and thorough in her job. Friendly, helpful staff and a clean place.I will definitely go back again soon.

Aweful experience! I went there for a haircut and blowdry. My hair is quite short- over my shoulders. I wanted to trim my dry ends and basically add some texture. I felt like the lady who was doing my hair had difficulties with understanding what i want even tho i showed her a photo so she can have a visual idea. She did not noticed(?!) i had a fringe as she looked surprised when i told her. Then after trimming my ends, she said the fringe is ok! It was not ok as i was trimming my fringe by myself for the last few months with very poor results:) it definitely needed a professional touch. Again there was no understanding as to what STRAIGHT fringe looks like! At this point i just wanted to leave. Blow drying process was equally "painful" ( i thought more for the lady than for me). The end result was just ridiculous with my hair living its own life! ( it was supposed to be the simpliest bob). I change my hairstyles quite often and i can honestly say that was one of the worst experiences. The only positive thing was it was Groupon voucher and i paid £20 instead of 40 something pounds!! Still absolutely not worth the money. I will never go back there and would not recommend using the hairdressing services there.

Update after reading a rude and unprofessional response from the owner/manager.
Thank you very much but after my experience I would not wanna come back there even for free. Once again there was no understanding to what I want (poor English) which I think is very important especially in this profession and if layering hair is a change of style I don't know why I'm paying for the voucher for?!!
