Best nail service in the area! I’ve spent a long time testing out salons and looking for the perfect fit. Lily has been the only one to match my expectations in terms of service quality, attention to detail, professionalism and adaptability. She was very flexible with all of my requests and made sure I was happy throughout the entire process. As a customer I could tell the girls were passionate about their work and willing to put in the effort. My expectations were much exceeded, I couldn’t recommend them enough! Will definitely be coming back for all of my manicures

I have been going to this salon for a few months now and I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed their services which is why I also recommended them to my mum. The owner is very friendly and accommodating and so are her staff members. They make you feel comfortable, not rushed and always offer drinks while you are having your treatment. They advice you on treatments or products but never push you into buying them unless you wanted to. I have been a regular customer and will still be in the future. Thank you Lily and staff.

I love Lilly’s Beauty Salon the staff are so friendly and there services are amazing ! The salon is very nice and comfortable I always have my eyelash extensions here and had Botox recently which was very good,  very professional and the best salon I have ever been too!

Lilly and the staff are very nice, but I don’t recommend getting laser hair removal here, it just doesn’t work. I’m Middle Eastern with thick black hair, so ideal candidate for laser. After 8 sessions, investing loads of time and money, the result was minimal hair reduction with hair growing back 2 days after each session. When I said the results are not good, she proceeded to blame it on ‘hormonal issues’. I know for a fact this isn’t true as I’ve had 1 laser session at laser clinic UK in Brent Cross and after 6 weeks, I have barely any hair grown back but going back for another session.  However, I would recommend for other  services like nails and waxing.

Been customer since 2013, first come to the Salon for just having dry hair cuts with my friend, absolutely professional and clean, i am still with them till now doings all in one manicure pedicure Laser hair removal. Strongly recommended to everyone. Thanks Liky x

Very poor manicure/pedicure experience at Lily Salon with one beautician. Extremely rough & excessive handling of my cuticles, which she cut back far beyond where the cuticles ended. This left my thumbs, big toes and several fingers bleeding. Poor shaping of the nails. She did not respond to my questions or concerns throughout. The manager proactively came over, was courteous & spoke to the lady responsible. She later gave me advice of reducing risk of infection & offered me a discount on my next visit when I called to raise my concerns. My nail beds were painful & swollen even the next day - I cannot recommend & will not be returning.

This is the place I come to for my shellac nails. I've been going to this place for years. The staff are incredibly friendly and I like the way they do my nails. I have been to other places only a couple of times when they're closed or fully booked where my nails have come away sticky and not smooth and dry!?! and to other places where they leave such a gap around the edges of the nail it grows out very quickly. These girls have consistently done my nails nicely. They have a good range of colours and they are also the cheapest place I have been to get my nails done. It's a win-win. Cheapest and I leave the place very happy with my nails. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve been Lily customer since she opened the salon,long time ago. I’m very satisfied with the services provided,Lily and her staff are professional,very welcome and polite. She make my day when my hair is done,looks beautiful. I will definitely recommend. Thank you Lily!

Owner is not interested in correcting anything you are unhappy with and this is evident to her many rude and unprofessional comments on the reviews here. I got some highlights done to which I wasn't happy with and mentioned it at the time but the member of staff didn't do anything so I just paid and left, even then the person at the till tried to charge me £10 more than the cost previously quoted. I did contact the owner who made excuse after excuse, trying to get more money from me to correct something I wasn't happy with, blaming the grey in my hair where there wasn't any, like I said, excuse after excuse, a good owner would be apologetic and accommodating. The owner did finally agree to redo the highlights again, free of charge, after much back and forth but I can't be bothered with people like this, I would feel very uncomfortable going back after all the discord, appears the owner is extremely sensitive to any form of critique, never again. I await the response blaming me, ha.
