Rudest service I have ever experienced. I was told not to return if I was posting prepaid parcels because the counter staff "did not come here from India to work for free". (Those words were said verbatim by the man who served me). I was told to go to Royal Mail sorting office in future if I had prepaid labels. I don't know how they get away with treating people so badly. Truly shocking.

Incompetent, disinterested, don’t waste you’re time. I only went there because it was closer to me, it’s worth going to Burnley instead just to avoid these people. They need to shut this place down.

I visited this post 3 times to pick up my BRP. The women works there told to call them by giving me the wrong number. However, I found the right number from google and called the post but no one ever pick up the phone. The 3rd time I went again, she told me that the post might be sent to the broadway in London by mistake. Then, she gives me the number again and I asked her if anyone will be picking up the call? She replied... 'we're busy' !!!!! In my opinion if you are not willing to pick up the call there will be other way to tell me not the rude way like this. I felt very unimpressed

Closed at 5.15. This is the second post office I've been to tonight that's been closed befor they are suppose to. Not good for people that work!
