Having read the other reviews I feel I should redress the balance - I have found the staff at Burnley JC+ to be most helpful and knowledgeable, they have given me good advice and I thank them for it.

Ignorant, Rude & Uninterested in the needs of its "Customers" The staff seem to take it really personally if you make a valid point for which they have no logical explanation. - Staff motivated by bonuses for customers sanctioned/knocked off benefits - Weekly and Monthly "Targets" - And these people are supposed to be offering practical assistance to often vulnerable people!? The building is a mess, its always got at least 2 windows broken - I wonder why? Good people of Burnley DEMAND BETTER! Bring the rope, lets have a Lynch party..
