Having lived in the Czech Republic for six years I was expecting a relatively straight forward non bureaucratic approach in the Burnley job Centre. What I got was the total opposite. Endless trips to the job Centre at my expense to hand over documents previously submitted under different meeting titles to allegedly satisfy the notion I am living in the UK. This is despite being here for over six months now and having worked in that time. I have seen more sophisticated scams by Thai Tuk Tuk drivers at least they eventually admit they are just trying to rip you off.
Do not get landed with Jeff. Ask for anyone else, even if you have to deal with the cleaner you have more chance of help
Bad experiences, do not listen and nasty.
