Does Neil O’Brien MP believe in Natural Justice? Neil O’Brien released a statement that he would be reporting me to the Insolvency Service. Mr Narinder Singh, a Senior Parliamentary Researcher who works at the Harborough Conservative Association emailed me to say “based on what I have read, we do share some of these concerns and have also contacted the Insolvency Service nationally as well as Trading Standards locally.” Before they released these, neither bothered to contact me to see if there was any truth in the suggestion I had acted unlawfully. Perhaps they believe everything they read in the papers must be right! I sent them a detailed account showing clearly that I had acted both legally and morally. They ignored it. How can natural justice be served by someone who does not make any attempt to check the facts? Have they never heard of the term ”the other side of the story”.
