We are so lucky to have this post office in our community. Not only is it really useful that it's open till 8pm, the staff are so helpful. I had two really large parcels that I needed to return. I thought the cost of posting them would be more than than the value inside. The really helpful manager on the counter went out of his way to get me the best price with Parcelforce. Excellent service!
I can't say enough good things about the manager of our local post office. He is incredibly kind, friendly, and always treats everyone with the utmost respect. When I run out of Royal Mail bags for my postage, he generously provided them free of charge. His exceptional customer service and willingness to go above and beyond make him a true asset to the business. I always look forward to visiting this post office, knowing I will be greeted with a smile and receive outstanding service. Highly recommend!
Older Lady accused me of pushing in the queue when the other individual came from the other side and joined the queue late.nnBit weirded out she would assume that. Happened like 3 months ago but only care to leave them a 1 star now. Need to show some respect and stop assuming the worst.
They are really lovely people, and it's a joy going there for my postal services.
