Visited today for the first time. I wanted to change some details re the status of my car. I was unsure of what was required. The member of staff who dealt with me could not have been more helpful. He put me at ease and made sure that everything was done correctly. I was very impressed with his knowledge and all round customer service skills. Whilst in the building I had a look at the general store side of the buiness. Everywhere was very clean and the store was well stocked with reasonably priced items

During Christmas rush, staff was very helpful and caring. Great staff, they helped me find the right packaging for my items and let me get everything ready to post before I paid for postage and packaging. Thank you

Extremely friendly service, great staff, especially Paul and Jeena. They are very customer service oriented with all there experience from America. They are very helpful and it comes naturally for them. Thank you and we will continue to support you.
