One of the worst Councils ever. Penny pinches on basic items, but issues grants and awards to a minority which are now the majority now. Do not enforce the law where a certain section of a vocal and minority reside. Will enforce the law without compassion on other areas. It fails in fixing potholes, looking after the disabled and mentally challenged, gives and provides grants and planning permission to a certain community and for immigrants to the exclusion of there . Has a two stage non egalitarian approach, everything is left to go to pot, like the wild West controlled by people from the East. That is why being proclaimed as the most diverse city you get entire ghettos of white and Asian areas, with now Eastern European, and Somalian all the white English just felt their voice was not heard and moved out of the city.

According to my breeder, the health visitor decided that my sib was hyperactive, when he was obsessed with buses and computer games, went shoplifting and the other kids in school hated him because he was so nasty and selfish (I suspect that he had Autism). Apparently she told our breeder to give him powdered Wysoy milk and goats milk. Additionally, to bang our heads together to knock some sense into us and to yell at my sib to think before he acts and to beat him up, which both breeders did. How was that supposed to help his executive function? Allegedly she told my breeder to threaten to cut my hair off when I was asleep and that hair needs to be cut to encourage it to grow! I wasn't allowed to learn how to play a musical instrument or to have a hobby, because no one in the family had any talents and it would therefore be a waste of money. I was told by the supply teacher at the LEA primary school that I could not go to university, as you had to live the other side of the city for that. Primary school was no more than a babysitting service with teachers who wreaked of fags: the teachers refused to give me any work to do even when I asked. The school nurses were beyond vile, blatantly disregarded animal welfare, children's rights and clearly only cared about meeting targets. My best friend in primary school had anorexia, but no adults helped her. The only good thing that was provided by the council were the reference library and the central lending library, but they appear to have been closed. Leicester City Council is probably OK for the people who work for it, but the consequences are dire for those on the receiving end of the staff's non-evidence based eugenics nonsense. If you must breed, don't raise your children in Beaumont Leys. I'm glad that LCC never got any council tax out of me.

A really dire, disorganised place full of incompetent, stupid and inept individuals of whom I can only imagine the alternative is the job centre.
