We had our most enjoyable stay at the Nearwater recently. It felt home away from home, the room is stylish and clean, there's a good selection of lovely breakfasts. Both Tim and Amelia are very warm and welcoming with good local knowledge and tips. A highly recommended place!

My partner and I stayed here in March. We reviewed on trip advisor but not on Google. Having read about the fake posting in the Telegraph I thought it shocking that such a lovely couple could have this done to them. The rooms are amazing and the owners are so helpful. We are keen walkers and we were advised on a truly stunning walk involving a foot ferry. If you want the best accommodation in the area look no further. We will be back Soon!

This is a very nice B&B, easy walking distance to the village center with pubs and restaurants only 10 minutes away. The nautically inspired rooms are fresh and clean, and the breakfast was always good each morning. Tim and Ami maintain a small fleet of various vessels, and I was lucky enough to enjoy sailing trip on Puffin, a traditional Cornish sailing vessel. Hoping to return next year!

I travel all over the UK, from the Scotish highlands to lands end and everywhere in between. The Nearwater B&B is as good as any I've used! Very clean and tidy with a great service all round. I was a few minutes late for breakfast but they said it was still OK to have one. And it was lovely too! Five out of five!!!!! Thank you for a great stop-over
