Most stupid old system ever. Ticket to get back in the door of the car park doesn't let u in at all. Have to get in via someone e else's app bar code. Then when u finally get in you can't pay at the machine as it states payment not working. So you are literally stuck in the car park unable to get out. Doesn't help when the machine states payment not possible. Stuck in there trying to get your car out. Never use again.
Couldn't get back in to our car as the pedestrian entrance scans your ticket to let you back in and couldn't read the ticket. Other people were also having the same problem and after pressing the call button on the machine several times and being unable to reach anyone, we were forced to dash inside through the garage door as someone was leaving the car park, which was quite dangerous. Would not recommend parking here.
Parked here today.nBacked my car into a space watching in my rear view camera, only to drive my tailgate into the concrete overhang sticking out above the barrier. This is whitewashed and should be marked with warning stripes. I can't believe I'm the first person to do this. Probably £1500 day for me. Would love to prove negligence in this case but would need to find others with a similar experience. No issue with the time but still struggled to get back into the car park as the entrance I left from was padlocked and the lifts were also locked. I walked around the block to find the door next to the drive in entrance was accessible.
Got locking in the car park overnight. Thats my fault as I didn’t notice the sign saying 9pm! I accept that. The problem is, they say they’re open at 6am, so thought I’d get my car then! Nope! 8:30am and still locked up! Multiple calls to the company who don’t care and can’t do anything to help. Claiming there was no padlocks on the doors but there was. Why have a door that you can only get in if you scan your ticket, and then put a padlock on it?! Wouldn’t recommend unless you plan on leaving way before they stated times, because those are a load of rubbish!
Not the best at all. Even on Sundays you have to pay full price which was a lot! It was just over 2h and we paid around 11£ crazy, next time on the road. Very tight squeeze to get in the car park. Spaces are very tight with very low ceilings and blocks everywhere in between spaces, so parking with children when you need to open doors almost fully and get out yourself is hard. Couldn't find spaces for family. As well as this being with a buggy nedded to use a lift. After paying, on the way back we got stuck. as you need to scan the paid tickets at the lift to use it but it wasn't working and took us very long to call a lift. Scanning tickets at the staircase wouldn't work at all. So was hard to get in the building even after paying so much money. It's the same price for Bristol city centre.
