Very convenient parking. Highly recommended to get early bird parking all day parking for £4 great price.
Avoid this car park. Upon entry, the machine gave out no ticket and shown “free passage” on the screen. It is NOT free and you must obtain a ticket in order to get back in to the lot. It apparently happens a lot according to the person on the phone. It was a hassle to finally get out of the lot.
Definitely avoid. This car park has facilities that often don't work one working pay station in the whole place plus you are unable to pay on exit most times Then if you try to pay on exit, you'll be stuck and have to reverse out up a hill.
A good parking spot for the high street but be mindfull of the height restriction of 1.83meters. A tight sqeeze on the entry and exit for my Sharan Mk2. Reasonable price for a more or less secured carpark.
car park says it closes at 8 to be surprised at 19:10 that they were closed already!!!! I have pictures, there was over 30 people that had the same issue and were misled by the sign that said 8pm! Everyone was calling their customer service to be told by an ignorant called Simon that the car park closes at 7 and that I’m lying??? What a dreadful customer service is that?? How dare he call me a liar?? Look at the bloody picture, 8PM you ignorants.... I have my wallet in my car and can’t pay for a hotel! Managed to get hold of someone from work to book the hotel for me and pay him later, guess what?? Not a single hotel in the entire Weston has a vacant room for us.... we live 120 miles away for gods sake! Police was called but didn’t care much, told them about my situation that my wallet is in the car and I have nowhere to sleep I was told “this is not a police matter, we can’t do anything, sorry”.... Shame on you tax munchers.... One of the guys who is a local and has the same situation accommodated is 3 of us and I can’t thank him enough and I do owe him a lot! I’m writing this review the same night of the event Not to mention that I need to be at work at 7 am and my wife at 8... I am going to prosecute you you cowboys for all the inconvenience and believe me when I say you gonna pay for losing my time, my day, and a day of unpaid leave for me and my wife.... I told you that on the phone and you will see how far I’ll take this case! Oh just to add, the guy on the phone from NCP said whoever closed the car park went for holiday straight after! I asked and who is going to open it in the morning? Another person, can this person come now? He can’t as there isn’t a way. I asked , what if there is a fire or an emergency such as a kid is locked in there? He said we can’t do anything they have to stay there till the morning..... can you actually believe that???? The shittiest customer services I have ever encountered.... shame on you cowboys
Cheap rates but the parking spaces are abysmally small. Each one has a pillar blocking at least 20% of the space making it impossible to park if another car is parked over a little too far. The entrance shutter is a joke. It's on a steep incline so by the time you've gotten your ticket and found the biting point in your car the shutter had come down.
Extremely tight spaces and fairly pricey. Getting into this place is very confusing, you have to scan your parking ticket to access the lift or open the door to the stairs. There is also only one payment machine which is on the ground floor and quite tucked away with limited signage. However, the location was good, nice and close to the shops and the pier.
Watched people struggling to get back into the car park but were not successful. Decided to park elsewhere
Where do I begin. Easily the worse car park I've ever been too. No barrier getting in and no signs to say about getting ticket so assumed you payed for it at end with your licence plate. The tightest car park you'll ever see. Struggling to get my seat leon around. Feels like a prison with the doors locking on themselves and can not get back in without a ticket. WHICH WE DIDNT HAVE. Spent an hour on call to try get hold of them. When they answered they were blunt and seem like they wanted to end their life. Finally got it sorted after 2 hours stuck. Maybe they should save some money with the thousand cameras they have around and invest on Oh I dont know a good car park!!!! NCP
Had problems with the ticket machine even the attendant couldn't get it to work had two tickets to get through the barrier hopefully I won't get a fine I paid & left carpark handy as in the middle of the town.
