Terrible surface. Large sharp stones. I got a puncture just as I was leaving. 
They are overpriced for a old piece of waste ground and don't even have any lighting so wouldn't feel safe parking at night.

It's conceniently located and reasonably priced. However the ground is uneven and it gets flooded regularly.

Commuters car park it's very close to the train station and is reasonably priced for the whole day

Expensive and dangerous when its raining, masive puddles hiding holes in the ground. U can end up losing a tyre!

Reasonably sited on the edge of the city centre. About 15 minutes walk to Portman Road for the football and easy for a quick get away.  There is another NCP at the station which is a few minutes closer but more expensive. 
This one allows prebooking (5 allocated spaces) which I used to save money.  This is very flexible as cancellation / changes are allowed up until 6 hours before arrival. 
I paid £4.95 for the period 10am to 8pm which I think is good value and allowed for me arriving earlier / leaving later than I needed.  
Main problem is the poor surface which is in need of some serious attention and a good covering of fresh tarmac.
