Service was bad. The men that came home to fix flooring were beyond rude. Damaged newly painted house and refused to take rubbish. Don't show up when they say and are very rude over phone when you ask for them to come and fit the flooring. Cancelled last minute and lied to my face saying the guy is in hospital when he was on another job. Even though the men were extremely rude, the flooring we had was of good quality. Despite the really bad service from the men that came home to do the job, we got a call the next day to ask if everything went well and we told them everything. They then sent a guy home who was very polite and well mannered and they paid for the damages and also apologised on behalf of the men that damaged my house. We really appreciate the fact that they took the time to come home and listen to the complaints and solve the issue so we really respect that. Thank you. I've given a 5 star rating only on the basis of the issue being resolved and them taking the time to listen to our complaint. Also because the quality of the carpet and floorboards were really good.
Great professional shop carpets and lino and laminate vast selection to choose from best prices in the West Midlands the guy came round to measures was very knowledgeable and said a few holes in the tiles needed filling to fit the laminate in the hall which we did this is where the good experience ended one word FITTERS was given a time between 9till 5 shop had passed my number to fitters to call me anyway no call got a phone call at 630 saying they were running late When they finally got there the gaffer on the job was rude started moaning from the off about the lack of light bulbs in the house I told him straight if he'd of been on time there wouldn't be a issue and they just left the front door open and me telling please shut 5hr door 3 stars for the shop let down by the fitters Oh yes an hour before they finished 2 guys went to start another job it was beyond belief
Amazing ! Been using ncf for 25 years. Would never go anywhere else for carpets vinyls laminate artificial grass and more. Just all round brilliant. Fast friendly value for money good fitting service too and cheap delivery I could go on and on. Just amazing ! Recommended to everyone
Cheap prices until you get to the till and they make so many mistakes then don’t want to listen and ignore you. The most typical place to go. They forget to turn up to fit carpet then try to charge you for their mistakes. Good luck wish you all the best with these guys.
Just had my flooring fitted & I can not believe the experience I just had. 1. Paid deposit & booked flooring over two weeks ago. First fitter laid the patterned vinyl in the wrong direction in one bedroom. The joining area in the living room is completely mismatched and smothered in glue that turned black when dried. He failed to bring any door strips that were included in invoice. When the installer left I requested a booking for the following week. I was told to contact the shop which I did on Monday and booked for Friday with insurance everything will be fitted on the day. I called on Thursday just to make sure all was going ahead. 2. Come Friday morning I called to confirm toa, I was told only 9-1 could be given. Come 12pm I’ve called the shop again to enquire on installers only to be told they weren’t booked in for my property & will instead attend the following day between 9-10am. I lost out on my moving van deposit due to no-one showing up to complete flooring. This morning I arrived at the property for 8:50am after 37 calls the installer finally arrived at 12:30pm with incorrect measured flooring & no door runners. The job was an absolute shambles: My hallway patterns don’t match, there’s bubbles throughout. They left a 2m gap of concrete between hallway & bathroom & again no door runners I was told maybe next time they’ll fit it. ATP enough was enough. I’ve tried to call the shop over 130 times to discuss it but they don’t answer the phone. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
AVOID! RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO WOMEN. Ordered laminate flooring and they fitted a different colour. What was fitted is not on the receipt was told it’s the same colour and the name has changed, rather than apologising I have been told that it’s my fault and I should have checked. Manager called after leaving the shop while I was basically ignored and laughed at shouting down the phone, wouldn’t let me speak and said they will come back and rip the floor up and refund me. After asking him is that his solution he then said they will change the floor to the correct colour but I’m to pay the fitting charges again.
I don't usually give reviews. I was sceptical about using NCF purely based on reviews read. However, they have proved me wrong, they came at allocated time for Kitchen measurements and fitted in the Vinyl for the flooring today on time before allocated time finished. The guys who took the order was very friendly and welcoming.The gentleman who fitted the Vinyl was amazing, did the job very well and prompt. I would definitely use the services again! Thank You NCF.
Excellent came and measured up the guy was very polite went to the shop chose my carpet and flooring with the help of one of the assistants they came and put carpet and flooring down the next day carpet fitter floor fitter were so polite they did an exellent job thank you guys would recommend this shop to family and friends
One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Cannot stress how helpful and polite the staff were. I had to change my laminate appointment as my floor wasn’t level was sure someone will give me grief and some attitude but no they were wonderful. I was amazed! That’s not all the price I paid you cannot beat. Carpets on 4 bedrooms, 2 set of stairs, landing and laminates in 2 rooms all with fitting for £1600 was a bargain and half. Thank you to all the staff for your service and the extra mile you went overcome the few hurdles around my laminates. Don’t try to bargain with them as they are the cheapest around. Well done to the whole team!
They delivered flooring with manufacturing defects, when i went to return it,owner and his worker rudely refused to take it back. Poor quality material. Not recommended at all.
