Due to the unexpected death of my friend and the fact I'd never arranged a funeral before,I had to ring around to find a funeral parlour and Northern Cremations stood out as the best by far. It was the owner, Ashley's compassion and professionalism that was outstanding, he is such genuine guy who helped me every step of the way.If fact nothing was too much trouble for Charlotte also as she actually came out to me on her way to pick up my friend from the hospital to get the necessary paperwork to save me the drive to them, which was a welcome relief at this sad time. When she arrived at where my friend had lived, she didn't rush me in any way and was so respectful, asking if there were any particular clothes I'd like to send. Another thing I noticed is whenever you ring they ring you back immediately. This is a family run buisness who I'm so impressed with I will definitely use again.

Ashley is wonderful, compassionate, kind and so helpful. He took care of both of my grandparents and I could not fault him. He even travelled quite a distance to see us and deliver ashes thereafter. He made the family feel that he recalled cared and went out of his way for us. 100% top quality service. Couldn't recommend he enough.

We would like to thank Ashley for a perfect send off for Brian. The service was very personnel and Angela the minister conducted a beautiful service. We would definitely recommend to friends and family.
