We had Lucy sort my grandads funeral out which was held yesterday, honestly can't thank her enough for everything she did. She made my grandad look just like his old self, reassured me when I was nervous to carry his coffin, she talked me through the process, even offered me her gloves for a better grip. Came to check on myself and my mum after the service and even gave us my grandads cd with his songs on we had for the service which I've never been given before. Honestly just a lovely lady who made such a hard process run smoothly, thank you so much
Fantastic Service, will definitely return!
