Visited this camp the other week to stay with our friends and we were so pleased that we did. It's changed so much since a few years back, there are so many more things to entertain the kids now. Bungee trampolines, mini golf, archery, swimming and best of all were the activities inside the hut. My daughters loved the 'make a bear' and tie dyeing, as the lady running the activities really knew what she was doing and was so kind, helpful and jolly. They keep asking if we can go back again as they loved working with Mandy, I think that she was great with the girls and they felt safe also. I have promised to arrange another stay very soon, so that they can get Mandy to show them how to glaze their own pottery Unicorns, as she seemed really good at it when I watched. Will recommend booking a visit, even if it's only for a short stay, just to make your very own bear or hand painted pottery with Mandy.
Perfect place for a family holiday, the site has been upgraded and there's lots of fun and entertainment for the little ones and grown ups too. Food prices are a bit pricey in my opinion but the atmosphere and friendly people will not disappoint. Beach is a 10 minute walk from the site which makes the location perfect. Definitely will be back for more wonderful memories.
We have stayed here many times over the years but this was by far our best experience. We stayed in one of the newer lodges they have which made our time there fantastic. The on-site food was great as usual and the entertainment team did a great job entertaining us all especially Mercedes and Eleanor. It's a great place to stay as it's a short walk to the town and the pier and not a far drive from Clacton if you feel the need.
I and my family stayed here from the 15th - the 22nd of august, and it was amazing I highly recommend Naze Marine. Check-in and check-out were super easy and when we got to our caravan it was clean, the parking was a small walk away but we found a space easily in pines where we were staying. The clubhouse area is very clean the outside seating was good with there being entertainment throughout the day, the parks are good for little ones and you're able to see your children from the outside seating area, the restaurant was nice and clean with service being good inside and outside. The arcade is good and well run, the shop inside the arcade had really friendly staff and the merchandise wasn't too expensive a lot cheaper than other places with gift shops. The entertainment was very good, the youngest member of the family 5 years old heavily enjoyed the Milkshake morning and the discos at night - with the entertainment team being very friendly and entertaining. The food was very good the restaurant was good again not super expensive and the outside food - pizza and ice cream were good. The area outside the park is good - the beaches along the road were good and very quiet. the staff here was super friendly and cooperative I would go back already planning our holiday for next year.
There were no personal hygiene items in the houses; You need to bring them with you: Soap, Towels, shower gels, shampoos - toothbrushes and pastes; Dish sponge and kitchen towel. close to the sea. swimming pool 90cm. has its own shop on site. delicious restaurant. beautiful sunsets. you can see the stars at night.
Stayed here when I was about 11 years old and boy has it changed. I'm so glad that we decided to stay here after 40 years, its changed sooo much. Took my daughter and my niece and we were not sure if the girls would get bored, but they didn't because there was loads for them to do. The camp now has an amazing adventure playground with trampolines and buggies to hire. The girls said that one of the best things was all the activities available in the hut. We had to book online but the app made it much easier to do, when they arrived a very friendly lady called Mandy helped them set up each activity and according to the girls the best bit was making their very own tie dye t-shirts which they now insist in wearing as PJ's. Mandy also was helping lots of other groups who were doing other activities but even though it was very busy she was very patient and helped when they ran into problems. She was so good that the girls asked me to spend more and more time in there. They also chose to make some sand art and of course Mandy was there to help show them what to do with the sticky patches and how to spread the sand. The pool and club house were clean and the site was very well maintained, all the staff seemed very pleasant but Mandy wins the award for favorite due to her friendly, happy and helpfulness. Thanks to Parkdean for turning Naze Marine into a lovely campsite, we have already recommended to friends and have spoken about returning next year.
Lovely place to stay.... Very close to beach and a really lovely park. We found on site activities a little expensive, so kids couldn't do everything they would have liked.. Site very clean, well kept... Staff friendly and great with the kids. Caravan not as clean as I would have liked..... But I'm fussy, kids already trying to get us to book again lol.
Had an amazing weekend like we always do when we come down here. The amazing team inside the club house delivered amazing services and performances like always. The amazing Joe with his brilliant portraits which are now up on the fridge. Thanks for the amazing time we will see you all next year!
Stayed at Naze Marine last week, a beautiful park surrounded by local villages, a mere, and stunning scenery. The site is what you expect of a ParkDean, though seems more geared towards the older generations - but a beautiful and fun site none the less. Security patrols were prevalent and often for piece of mind. The pool was a tad on the cool side but nothing that ruined the holiday - lovely site and nice clean caravan, would return, thank you!
Stayed here for a week and it’s a lovely site with great facilities, the food is good and the staff have been constantly lovely with a special mention to Archie who despite being so busy running around the restaurant was able to serve us with a smile and compensate us for the wait time. Thankyou Archie! : It was clear they were very busy as it was peak time on a Saturday so we understood. Despite this wait for food and drinks our experience here has been great! Would recommend
