Clean, small station with only one platform and railway track for both directions. The same train operates hourly for both directions. The train is very modern and comfortable. There is a working ticket machine that is easy to use. There are no station staff on duty after 1 pm. on weekdays!

Great location to shop and go to the sea side. It's gone down hill from my perspective with a lack of ground maintenance along the greensward and pathways to the sea front .. shrubs , grass weeds galore . Such a shame it was a show piece .. Views from the benches are blocked by overgrown shrubs... Weeds have strangled roses and plants . Grass too long to walk on comfortably.. guess we went during the wrong month nHowever beaches are clean and tidy with picturesque beach huts. Worth a days visit.. The Town has plenty of places to eat and drink and lots of shops to browse.

Beautiful place, lovely shops and great friendly people.

Never used it but was helped by an awesome staff member . Sue Smith, she helped me with a smile and lovely red hair . She gave me directions . She was respectful , well mannered, and a credit to any organisation

The lady that helped me with the purchase of my tickets was very helpful and polite, a credit to the service.
