I wish I could give zero stars!! I cannot believe how our family and my grandfather who has been recently diagnosed with cancer has been treated. We have been lied to multiple times and my grandfather was discharged to a house without food and drink or anything in place for his care. For example, we were promised he would not be discharged until a care link system and key safe was in place. I was lied to by Jenny who confirmed it was in place but my brother told me it was not! Red Cross also confirmed it was not in place yet. Jenny also promised Red Cross would visit my grandfather for the next 7 days after discharge. Red Cross confirmed this was not true, so yet another lie. Jenny also confirmed after I explained how my grandfather was acting, said he sounds like he needs 24 hour care. I asked SO WHY DID YOU RELEASE HIM THEN! I am beyond shocked companies like this can get away with treating people this way. We are unbelievably disappointed especially at this time where my grandfather is seriously ill. I do not recommend Navigo in the slightest, unless you want them to let you and your family down!!
Navigo have no right to call themselves mental health services . They do not want to support anyone on a recovery . They want to sit on their arses getting paid a dec not wage for sitting on the telephone judging and claimong to be mental health specialist, they are not . They are merely people who want an easy job paid above national average wage to judge and play god with people's lives . Shame on you
Terrible service.promised me the earth then offered no help or support whatsoever.im not very well and havnt been for a long time.all I keep getting is same monotonous response for instance ring crisis team.what does it take for someone to access the help they need.iv been misdiagnosed by an unprofessional physiatrist for years and every time I try and challenge it,they say they can't.complete control freaks who don't take their job seriously and aren't in it to help people,only to further their own career prospects.dont have a clue.they don't know what suffering with severe bouts of depression is like.complete let downs.i don't trust a word they say.never follow through with commitments.joke outfit.was promised a support worker months ago,still nobodies been in contact with me.unprofessional bunch of wasters.furthermore the neglect and lack of duty of care is shocking.had numerous workers in the past who were not interested in my position or take into consideration me and my brother's wellbeing and were left to get progressively worse only for them to drop us like a stone in a moment of need.the level of mental health support in this area is shocking and needs major investment and caring people to which there are neither.
Evil set of control freaks. You have no idea . We complain so many times get no help . You have access capicty wrong cause medical neiglance then call your friends In #Humbersidepolice . Who then beat your service users up further. I hope #nhsengland take control of this situation now because yet again you have failed in your duty of care!!!
Not a clue what they are doing at this place!!! They write false information on your medical records!! Avoid at all costs!! Caused me so much distress!!
I wouldn't know where to begin in detailing the consistent failures of this service for myself and many others I know. 6 years for a diagnosis, no help available until you complain to PALs, dropping you from services without ever even giving you a chance at therapy, being told that you appear fine and are doing well, despite telling them that isn't the case behind closed doors, plus constantly writing information down incorrectly. There are times I'd rather curl up and suffer than be let down and abandoned by them again, but where else can you turn?
I was referred by the doctors, navigo refused to help because of how I live my life. Can't belive how bad they discriminate. Awfull company avoid at all costs.
They won't discharge me, I've been telling them I have no difficulties at all and they won't discharge me, been with them without my agreement for 4 years now, horrible.
Use the cafe, if you're struggling with your mental health, well trained staff who will give you the right support.
This service is appauling they have let me down so many times, practicioners come & go , the waiting times for consultant apts are rediculous, theres no ongoing support or groups & they think its ok to delay everyones apts by several months because they are having a staff change over! Also u cant seem get a care co-ordinator unless you take drugs or self harm even when other services request one for you. I recently tried to complain & the lady never phoned me back so altogether the service if you can call it that is an absolute joke!
