NAViGO Health and Social Care Community Interest Company is a not-for-profit Social Enterprise responsible for delivering mental health services in North East Lincolnshire. We employ over 500 members of staff, including 50 who have been diagnosed with, and treated for, a mental health condition.

Tukes:Tukes provides training, skills development and work experience in real working environments for people who are socially excluded due to mental health problems. Tukes offers catering, property services, domestic services and horticulture.

Simply stealing money from the NHS. As long as they tick a box they're happy. Every one of them should hang there heads in shame. Unfortunately, they won't.

This service is appauling they have let me down so many times, practicioners come & go , the waiting times for consultant apts are rediculous, theres no ongoing support or groups & they think its ok to delay everyones apts by several months because they are having a staff change over!  Also u cant seem get a care co-ordinator unless you take drugs or self harm even when other services request one for you. I recently tried to complain & the lady never phoned me back so altogether the service if you can call it that is an absolute joke!

They are next to useless they ignored me when unwell - They unlawfully discharged me from section 117 by forging documents the ombudsman had them reinstate it and they still continue to act badly.
If you complain they will lie.

Did not send for records from previous mental health services. Was expected to see male staff, despite having been sexually assaulted by a male GP. Did not take into account that I was a vegetarian, when prescribing. Spent four years on the waiting list to see a psychologist (due to relocating); seen twice by the psychology assistant, before being informed that I was still not ready and referred back to my GP, despite having informed her of what he had been doing. CPN refused to see me again until I managed to do something impossible (write how my life would have been had the abuse not happened), I suspect with the intention of kicking me off her caseload. Open Minds sent me away, the reason given that I had been like it for too long. Agreed to DBT skills group, only to be sent a letter informing me that I had felt unable to attend. Meetings held behind my back during which factually incorrect information was shared, such as criticising my behaviour at a group that I had never attended. Accused of attention seeking if I attended appointments and of failing to engage when I rearranged them due to work commitments. Would not explain to me why they considered me to be harmful to the wellbeing of others. Lied to by employment specialist regarding what jobs I would be allowed to train for. Doctor decided that I could not even do data entry without support and retraining (have 4 degrees inc. postgrad). Factually incorrect medical records, factually incorrect occupational health reports sent and Data Protection Act broken. Threatened with MHA assessment after having been discharged; social worker spat chewing gum in garden- something I suspect that she would have denied had she not been filmed.
