A home from home in the heart of london. It manages to make you feel as if you’re in a family home with all the quiet, or loud, nooks and crannies you could ever hope for. Lovely fires in every room, seasonal decoration that surpass anything I’ve seen anywhere else, chairs you can loose yourself in, different themes and styles to rooms so that you can find the exact vibe you’re looking for, and world class staff that will never leave you feeling uncared for or neglected. The restaurants are all excellent and cater for a very wide variety of tastes depending on which you choose to go to. And then, of course, there’s Lulu downstairs for all the fun and dancing you could possibly want.
This is a member club. Has several restaurants and bars inside. Even a decent sized dance floor if you stick around late enough. Beautiful people, beautiful decor. Service is great.
A very classic English place on the ground floor, with more restaurant options above. Quite high end with a fantastic wine list, excellent service and elite clientele.
Outstanding food & service.... Liz truss thoroughly enjoyed the taxpayers Fine wines .....
If you want to understand why Liz Truss loves the super rich, you can ask them at this club.
Hertford St has some of the most remarkable interior design I've ever seen with a super luxurious, maximalist style that's quite unique. The bar is excellent with great cocktails and an excellent range of wine and spirits. The food here isn't really to my taste but it's good. Get ready for a hefty bill if you are planning to make a night of it... and beware the nightclub. I am told it's popular with the Goldsmiths.
5 Hertford Street Club is undoubtedly home away from home.Their hospitality services is topnotch. Each experience leaves an indelible feeling of a presidential treatment by highly motivated, warm, charismatic and indefatigable service rendering team. Attention to professional details is their insignia. The ambient, cossy environment with a sophisticatedly felt aura of magnetic force of pleasantness places them as best among equals.
This is the probably most generous 3 star review I’ll ever give. My corpse reviver 2 was excellent. The meal was disgusting but I was with polite company so I didn’t act on it. Under seasoned. Cooked at too low a temperature to benefit from Maillard reactions. Maybe I was particularly unlucky with what I got. Staff are mostly perfectly nice and efficient. Front desk a little less. Two birthdays happened and other parties all apparently didn’t know or didn’t like the person whose birthday it was. Make of that what you will about the crowd who goes there in times like these where people don’t know each other quite like they used to.
Amazing service, amazing personnel, quiet but busy, chic but not pretentious...
Why would you pay exorbitantly extra to be told how you can and can’t dress is beyond me.
