Had an appointment with an adviser today called Amy. It is the worst customer service I have ever received! She was rude and clueless. Not even aware of the current legislation and its her job! appalling! Her attitude was if you don't like the customer service here you can always go somewhere else. Asked to speak to the Manager and he didn't even have the backbone to come and speak to me. I had to press one star for this review to be posted but trust me they don't get any stars from me! Virgin were the polar opposite, I would recommend them to anyone. They can't do enough for their customers.
