I have been a customer here for many-a-year and have never had a reason to complain, regarding the service that I receive from the staff there. My only observation, is that the staff are rotated around the local branches, so hard for both parties to become very well acquainted, which would be good in a small town branch. Being 'old school' I would appreciate this.

Around 3 weeks ago I went to put money on my card but is been 3 weeks now and the money I put on my card hasn't worked, I've been to the bank to ask about the problem and they said, your money will be in your account by Monday. It's now Tuesday and I haven't had anything put in my account so I went in again and they said they're sending me a check, didn't give me a date and very poor service. The problem with giving me a check when I put money in my account, I have to wait another week to use the money. Very poor service.
