Natwest has basically become a "self serve" bank. It's absolutely ridiculous! At certain times the queue is out of the door as there are now only 2 tills and obviously the businesses come in to deposit their money. The level of customer service here is also hit and miss. The majority of the staff are lovely however, certain members should not be in customer service roles.
Excellent service from lily gay. Opening a joint account in record time. where barclays would not see us for 2 weeks even though we hold multiple accounts with them. Ace
Always a long queue. Waited 30 min just to change my address. Avoid NatWest if you are sensible. Much prefer tsb.
what a complete pigs ear of a branch? old style counter gone people queing out the door as there is only as there is only two cahier place nat west really bad move you need to listen to your customers!!
Good can sort things out and comfortable place compared to other banks being nice and open.
