We have been dealing with the Pontnewynydd branch of this company for over 20 years during which time they have managed several of our properties on our behalf.  They are indeed 'local people offering a local service' as advertised - this is reflected in the high standard of customer service delivery they have never failed to provide for us. After so many calls and emails(totally ignored) I decided to rent my property out through another agent!
You really should return calls people,it's just courtesy!
So dissapointed!
