I went into this branch early this morning to hand in a lot of change for a charity we raised it was all counted put in bags with amounts written. However the staff here said I have to count them down to £5 there was over £200 in there! They put me on a desk with bags and a money counter said they couldn't help me even tho there was no customers in the bank! They then heard me tell my husband that I was going to make a complaint in regards to the service I was in there nearly an hour condensing it all down. Then someone came over to me asked if I needed help I laughed and said no I'm nearly done now but then she said to me the pennies I put into small bags said they had to be a £1 and they were over so we had to go through them all again absolutely disgusting service won't be going back there again!!

So funny seeing people whine about this bank, I've been a loyal customer since I was 16 and haven't had a problem with them.

Crazy staff will lie to you right, left and centre. My mate had a savings account with over £6000 balance, he wanted to get the money out and was told they needed proof even knowing he had his ID card and passport, we were then told to get a letter support his address wich we did but then we got told off and this time saying we needed a official bank statement so we got a bank statement and we were still refused we were told that has to be stamped by the bank and it had a last transaction a month ago so we went and had it stamped by the branch and went back to tsb to this time being told they couldn't no longer do nothing, it was a joke and I had to cover nearly 60 miles to get this sorted, funny enough I went to the Newport branch with same paper work and we were served right away without a problem and funny enough branch in Cardiff, Clive Street tried to be funny and full of excuses also, it just proves this bank is lacking customer services or they don't like paying customers their own savings and make them go thru hell nevar to get their money. I can't imagine if a person wants £30k the bank cry and refuse it. Wrong system and useless.
